From Sant Julià to Pas de la Casa
We work across all seven parishes and know how buildings behave at every altitude: avenue apartments, Escaldes penthouses, ski flats in Pas de la Casa, Soldeu and Arinsal, and centuries-old bordes — Andorra’s traditional stone barns.
Where we work
The capital — and our home: our studio sits on Avinguda Meritxell, with much of our work ten minutes away on foot. We renovate avenue apartments with generous ceilings, penthouses with views and 1960s-70s buildings ready for a second life: open layouts, more light, new installations top to bottom. We know the buildings, the communities and the comú — and on site, that knowledge translates into weeks saved.
The most distinguished parish in the country: high-ceilinged apartments by Caldea, penthouses over the shopping axis, homes that were born well and deserve to age better. Our renovations respect the character — proportion, stone, natural light — and bring it up to date with open kitchens, stone bathrooms and lighting designed corner by corner. Escaldes clients know exactly what they want; so do we.
From Encamp village to Pas de la Casa stretches a world of ski apartments that work all year round: winter lettings, family summers. We renovate them to keep that pace without losing their charm — floors that shrug off boots and salt, compact kitchens done properly, bedrooms optimised to the centimetre. At 2,000 metres materials are unforgiving: that’s why we choose them ourselves, one by one.
Chalet and mountain-apartment country, with Arinsal and Pal ten minutes away. Our most alpine work happens here: solid wood, exposed stone, fireplaces brought back to life and insulation that turns a second home into a year-round one. If you own an eighties chalet with its potential asleep, this is our favourite speciality — and the one we most love to show finished.
The southernmost, quietest parish: family homes, gardens and village life ten minutes from the capital. Here we renovate houses lived in all year round — kitchens that become the heart of the home, bathrooms that work at eight in the morning, spaces that grow with the children. Work designed to be lived every day, not just shown off.
Soldeu, El Tarter and the heart of Grandvalira: the highest value per square metre in the country is concentrated here. We renovate with hotel-grade standards — noble materials that age well, bedrooms optimised to the centimetre, and that alpine warmth that makes a rental book itself. Done properly, a renovation here isn’t an expense: it’s a return you notice the very first season.
The parish with the most soul: stone houses, century-old bordas and streets unchanged for a hundred years. We work here with a restorer’s respect — walls that stay, beams that are recovered, twenty-first-century comfort hidden where it can’t be seen. If your project is a borda or a heritage house, come with time: this work is done properly or not at all.
